Further Images from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this recent document disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had created ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.

You can see the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.

This development map is marked up in notations in red and includes a key labelling different parts of the estate.

Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for dock shelters.

Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing congressional release.
